How do I search for Art & Craft?
There are many ways to explore and choose your favorite items. With Artbaay.com you can decide either to browse by Continents, Countries, Themes, Colors, Materials or Main Categories. You can then preview all items with short descriptions. Select your favorite product for more details and add to your cart if desired.

Need to register?
If you are a new customer, you will be asked to submit you personal details before placing your order. Once the appropriate fields filled in, then click “Continue” to review your order. If you are already a customer, simply click “Login” add your email and chosen password in the box fields and access your personalized page. If you have forgotten your password, click “forgot your password” and we will email your password immediately to the email address entered.

I have chosen my items. How do I place an order?
Once you have chosen the items you would like to purchase, click the “add to cart” button below the product. You just have made your selection; if you wish to review it you can go anytime to my Artbaay cart (top right hand corner) and check the content.
You can increase the quantity of your desired items by adjusting the amount in the quantity box. Alternatively, to remove some of your selection, click the red cross to delete your choice. Click “Go to checkout” to proceed your order.
If you have a promotion code, you are welcome to enter it in the appropriate field at the bottom of the page.
Once you have completed your selection and reviewed your details, you are ready to proceed, click “Purchase”. Choose your means of payment and you will enter our SSL secured access to complete a safe payment.
If you want to postpone your selection, you can save your cart for your next visit by naming it. You will retrieve your selection in your account under “My saved Carts”.
You will be sent a reminder after a short period of time.

What are the payment options?
Artbaay.com accepts payments online with most credit cards (Visa, Visa debit card, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and American Express) through our SSL (Secure Socket Layer with 256 bit encryption technologies) secured ePayment card processing service. Alternatively you can also pay via PayPal by clicking the PayPal Icon.
Once your items have been paid, you will receive an email / invoice summarizing your purchases.
Alternatively you can always check your payments history once logged in under your “Order history”.

How my payments information and personal details are protected?
At Artbaay.com, we want you to feel safe and secure when you purchase with us. That is why we are offering the latest data protection technology to ensure the security of our consumers and their personal details. When you submit your payment information and personal information through our secure web pages, the information is protected from unauthorized access by a secure firewall and security infrastructure. We use 256 bit Secure Socket Layout (SSL) encryption technology.
This means that any information you enter on our online pages (such as personal or any payment details), is automatically protected.
When you are browsing on our genuine SSL secured pages, you will see a small padlock icon at the bottom (or top) of your browser. You can view the Security Certificate by double clicking on the padlock.

Shipping & Returns

What is the logistic process?
Once we have received your order and confirmed it, the respective Partner / Artist will process your order immediately. At Artbaay.com, your desired items transit from your favorite Country/Region direct to your door bringing you every senses and excitement. After the items have been dispatched, orders are handled by the global carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT…) or Postal services, and will arrive to the final destination within 1 to 3 weeks depending on the location of the items and the shipping options chosen.
If you have chosen a recorded delivery you will be sent an email with a tracking number with an expected timeframe.
Please note if you choose various items from different Countries / Regions and Artists, you will, most likely, receive them on a separate shipment. If tracking number is available, you will then be able to check the transit of your items live on the carrier website.

On reception, check the state of the packaging / parcel. We strongly advise you to open it and make sure that your product is not damaged before you sign the delivery slip.

What about Taxes and Duties?
Consumers from Europe buying from the European Union should not be liable for import Taxes and Duties.
International orders arriving to destination soil may require the recipient to pay Taxes and Duties imposed by Customs and Governments. Artbaay.com cannot be held responsible for these eventual Taxes and Duties. We advise you to ask your local custom office, or carrier, for more information and guide for Taxes and Duties. Artbaay.com and our Partners will do their possible to declare the items accordingly to the Customs criteria but cannot lower the value of the declared product. Gift will be sent as “gift” and others items stated as respected criteria.
Please also note, that by cutting the “middlemen” Artbaay.com is always offering you lower prices.

I received damaged items, what is the procedure?
If Goods are damaged in transit and it’s apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. Artbaay.com will not be held responsible if the damage occur during the transit. In the event, that such damage hasn’t be reported to the carrier, please contact Artbaay.com within 5 days.
Artbaay.com will do its best to deal with your query and after investigation will offer alternatives: exchange, voucher, or refund. Please email us at

The received item does not correspond to the one I ordered?
Please check the confirmation email sent to you after your payment to get the details of your product. If the item does not correspond to the order, such error should be reported to Artbaay.com within 5 days. After investigation, Artbaay.com will do its best to deal with your query and will offer alternatives: exchange, voucher, or refund. Please email us at

I never received the items I ordered?
Please check the confirmation emails that we sent to you after the payment and the email with the shipment details. Make sure you have entered the correct address information. Check with the appropriate carrier the tracking number (if recorded delivery method chosen) that we supplied in the dispatched email. Artbaay.com cannot be held responsible for any incorrect details or non recorded delivery method.
Please note that all our items come from our Artists / Partners located in various Countries / Regions and delivery may vary. If you cannot find an answer, email us at

I received an incomplete order. What should I do?
Please check that the items that you ordered are coming from the same Region and /or Country or Partner. If your order is from several Regions and /or Countries, verify the confirmation email that we sent to you after the payment and the dispatched emails with the shipment details. You should have as many emails as articles from different Regions/Countries. Make sure you entered the correct address information. Check with the appropriate carrier the tracking numbers (if recorded delivery method chosen) that we supplied in the dispatched emails. Artbaay.com cannot be held responsible for any incorrect details or non registered shipment.

Do I need to register?
