Selling Process illustration
Buyer to Artist
The customer picks your Art and proceeds the order. You are immediately notified by email with all the relevant information to complete the selling process.
Artist to Buyer
As soon as you receive the order by email, the sold artwork will have to be dispatched by the selected carrier to the appropriate address provided.
Artbaay to Artist
Once the order has been delivered to the customer and the seven days return period has expired, our 15% commission will be retained on the selling price and the payment will be made to you by the chosen method when registering with Artbaay.com.
